QA & QC
Sarthak Enterprise has a quality assurance system that closely follows the criteria of ISO 9001: 2008. The extremely watchful quality assurance staff at Sarthak Enterprise reviews and oversees every stage of the manufacturing, documentation, and testing process.
Testing of raw materials, packing materials, final goods, and stability studies are all done by the quality control department. Several standard operating procedures, a strict compliance system, and an extensive training program that enables the successful completion of quality control tests have all contributed to the development of this throughout the years.
From the raw material to the final product, the quality control laboratory makes sure that our products are ready for use without any performance limitations.
In order to provide products with a longer shelf life, the water used in emulsion is also subjected to microbiological testing prior to use.
In order to make sure that every batch is operating as intended prior to being released onto the market, the fabric finishing laboratory makes sure that all QC-approved batch samples are tested on fabric in the state-of-the-art facility.
